Class Schedule Starting Monday March 30th Mon 10:30am-11:15am Salsa Aerobics ($10 per class non members) (moderate)
Tues 9:30am- 10:15am Strength Training with Resistance Bands (moderate)
Tues 10:30am- 11:15am Chair Stretch, Dance/Toning (low to moderate)
Tues 12:00pm -12:45pm Seniors StrengthTraining with Resistance Bands and Beach Volleyball (low impact)
Wed 12:00pm -12:45pm Zumba Dance/Toning (moderate/high)
Thurs 9:30am- 10:15am Total Body Conditioning (bring a stretch band/mat) we provide weights (moderate)
Thurs 10:30am-11:15am Strength Training with Resistance Bands (moderate)
Thurs 12:00pm -12:45pm Senior Chair Stretch, Dance/Toning and Beach Volleyball (low impact)
Fri 10:15am- 11:00am Stretching for flexibility (bring a mat) (low impact)
Sat 9:15am - 10:00am Zumba Dance/Toning (moderate/high)
